Group Training – As a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO), MEGT delivers everything you need to successfully recruit, develop and engage apprentices and trainees. As your apprentices’ legal employer, we connect host employers with quality candidates, provide intensive coaching and support, and take care of all the paperwork and regulatory requirements.
· Recruit & Guide – We recruit, develop and engage your apprentices and trainees — while you remain their legal employer. We help you find top talent, manage training plans and provide ongoing coaching for your apprentices and supervisors.
· Recruit – Tailored recruitment that helps you find high quality candidates from diverse backgrounds. Includes tailored candidate selection, advertising and attraction, screening and testing, interviewing, shortlisting and pre-employment checks where required.
· Guide – Coaching and support that works. We help you find the right RTO and manage the training plans. Our experienced coaches provide ongoing support for your apprentices and supervisors.
