On January 26, 2021 Grace Tame became the first ever Tasmanian to be named Australian of the Year. TasICT invited its members and their guests to attend networking events featuring Grace Tame as the special guest speaker. She inspired all who attended with details of how her horrific teenage experiences led her to help other victims of sexual assault by achieving legislative change.
