TasICT – AISA 2023 Cyber Conference

TasICT – AISA 2023 Cyber Conference

Our aim is to protect

Cyber Security continues to be the ICT Industry’s biggest issue. That is why TasICT, in conjunction with AISA presents 2023 Cyber Conference. TasICT believes every business is a digital business, and the largest business challenge is the rapid rise of online threats. So plan to be there.

Not all businesses have the resources to protect themselves from Cyber Crime. That is why it is vital to raise awareness and provide helpful resources. Furthermore TasICT collaborates with the Tasmanian Government and partners across stakeholder groups to ensure our members benefit at allĀ  levels.

The TasICT – AISA 2023 Cyber Conference

The Cyber Conference is an important day for the ICT Industry’s Peak industry Body, so TasICT has carefully planned the one-day event in conjunction with AISA – the Australian Information Security Association. It’s vital to have key stakeholders from the private and public sector involved so delegates benefit from a broad range of knowledge and experience.

How TasICT – AISA Cyber Security Conference looks

The Cyber Conference is at Wrest Point, which has a great location and large car park. The day starts with an official welcome from the Minister for Science & Technology Hon. Madeleine Ogilvie MP. There will be presentation sessions all day, split into concurrent streams. This means the maximum number of topics can be covered during the day. The final session is the Tasmanian Government Cyber Security Summit. The sessions are in the Tasman Room.

The Exhibition Foyer features beautiful water views, providing an ideal setting for the complimentary light lunch and post-event drinks. It is where delegates register and collect their conference lanyard. There is also a coffee & tea station. The room features an Expo with exhibits from Cyber Security vendors. The Expo allows vendors to explain, display and demonstrate Cyber Security products. As a result, many company representatives will be on hand to provide great customer service.

No charge

TasICT – AISA 2023 Cyber Conference is free to attend, but you must register. All delegates receive a conference lanyard.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATIONS CLOSE AT 5.30PM ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 2
