The Emotional Breakdown: How Your Emotional Data is Going to Change Business

RXP and TasICT invite you to join us for the first Tapas & Technology of 2019!

This free event is designed to give industry members the opportunity to come together, share industry insights and network.

Guest speaker Douglas Nicol will lead a discussion on how emotional data is going to change business.

Over the last decade brands have invested heavily in digital experiences that have become generic and, in some cases, clinically transactional. Now conversational interfaces are changing the way we think about customer engagement. For the first time brands can be enabled with emotional data to allow them to be more empathetic, more led by how customers are feeling.

The ability to recognise, understand and respond to consumers greater emotional state changes the face of customer engagement.

We are entering the era of emotional intelligence in marketing.

In this session we break down the key drivers by looking at:

  • How emotional data is driving better thinking about customer journey mapping and allows us to take a more holistic view of customer needs.
  • How conversational AI like Chatbots and Voice applications offer the opportunity of new levels of personalisation and customer insight because they reveal the emotional state of users through their word and voice prints.
  • What the future holds for business in an era of empathy.
